The hotel's location in a lovely prime area for shopping was so good. The beach was right at our doorstep, providing a fantastic and convenient experience. The staff were helpful and kind, especially during a difficult time when my husband became ill and had to go to the hospital. They cared about our well-being. once the hotel became aware of our vegan dietary needs, they made an effort to include vegan dishes in the buffet meals, greatly appreciated.

The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a memorable stay.

The food was hot, fresh, and plentiful. The rooms werenice and neat. The decoration was tasteful and the resort was super clean. The reception staff were pretty good too accommodate us.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that cater to every guest's needs. the Spa & wellness center offers exceptional full body massages and treatments in an atmosphere of serenity. the outdoor swimming pool is heated, complete with sun loungers, and affords views of the nearby gardens and beachfront.
Just one minor issue was the limited variety of special diet menus available at the restaurant. the chefs were attentive and made delicious meals tailored to my needs.
